We are looking for an experienced paid media professional to join the digital marketing team responsible for delivering effective ROI through a variety of paid search and social ad campaigns for our mix of regional, national and international clients.
You may already be a Paid Media Manager, or a PPC Executive looking to take that next step. Agency experience is preferable, but not essential as long as you have good communication skills, can juggle multiple projects at once, and are motivated to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
What's involved?
Life at Adido offers huge variety, challenge and satisfaction, and we can promise you no two days are ever the same – keeps us very much on our toes!
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Management of a variety of paid search, shopping & social ad campaigns for clients
- Evaluating client requirements, devising and implementing the most appropriate PPC strategies, and analysing performance to deliver exceptional results
- Day-to-day management of your key accounts (including PPC optimisation, analysing and drawing insight from analytics, reporting and presenting on performance, and implementing innovative techniques to maximise effectiveness)
- Supporting the data analytics side of the business with conversion tracking setup work
- Participation in monthly knowledge shares amongst the PPC team
- Client email communication and face-to-face / video call presentations
Is this you?
You’ll bring innovative and new ideas to the table and you’ll be highly personable, an eager problem-solver and proactive in analysing, recognising and resolving potential problems and/or opportunities. You'll also have a keen interest in developing your GA4 and conversion tracking skills.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Be proficient on paid platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook (other platforms desirable like TikTok and Amazon)
- Demonstrate experience in managing a range of PPC accounts (sectors/campaign types/budgets/complexity)
- Have proven experience with reporting and analytics platforms and be able to monitor and evaluate results effectively and confidently
- Have experience setting up conversion tracking for clients, either via Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Analytics or GA4 (or least be open to learn and be hands on, as this side of the business is seeing growing interest from clients and is fundamental in demonstrating the success of our PPC campaigns)
- Be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or Google equivalents)
- Hold Google Skillshop / Bing / Facebook certifications (preferred but not essential)
- Be confident presenting to clients
Most importantly you’ll be passionate about search, social and other paid media streams and be an enthusiastic, curious and well-organised self-starter with good time management skills.
Whilst we have an office in Southbourne, Bournemouth, we are accepting remote worker applications. This is with the proviso that you are willing to travel to the Bournemouth office at least once a month to collaborate in person with the PPC team and wider agency where necessary. You may also be required to attend agency events in person through the year.
So, who is Adido?
We could wax lyrical about our full service digital offering, our mix of exciting clients (local, national, start-ups and household names) or our collection of awards (we’ve got a cabinet full of them), but what makes us different is our team; we’re digital experts who pride ourselves on delivering real business results for our clients through innovation, research and experience. Our curious and analytical approach delivers high-performing websites and effective digital marketing campaigns time after time.
We have spent two decades working with digital technology & marketing channels, and our talented team of around 20 people has helped us to get us to where we are now. But we need your help to enable us to do bigger and better things for our clients and for ourselves.
So, if you like the thought of working in a buzzing, expanding agency, previously named ‘Agency of the Year’ and ‘Best Place to Work’ (we told you we had awards) then we’d love you to join us on our adventure.
What can we offer you?
We feel the most important thing is a great working environment where everything we do is underpinned by our key values and attitudes - to be Commercial, to be Curious, to be Candid, and to Care.
Alongside our values, we offer some pretty cool benefits:
- Company pension scheme
- Private health insurance or gym membership
- Flexi-time
- Work from home and office based daily routines
- Fresh fruit in the office
- Relaxed dress code (except for client appointments)
- Regular team building activities (anything from a day at the beach, to an afternoon at the waterpark, to overnight trips in the UK and abroad)
- At least 22 days' holiday + bank holidays, and an additional day for every year of service
- Personal development training budget
